SECTION 1 – COOKIE CLUB SUBSCRIPTION

1a) Membership Terms

By joining the Bluebell Cookie Club, you agree to a 3-month minimum commitment, billed upfront at $180 (equivalent to $60/month).

As a member, you'll enjoy exclusive perks including:

• One dozen free cookies each month, with free shipping to any U.S. address

• Unlimited free shipping on all additional cookie orders (excluding cookie cakes)

Please note: Cookie Club pricing is already discounted, so additional promotional discounts do not apply.

SECTION 2 – CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

2a) Ending Your Membership

You may cancel your Cookie Club membership at any time by contacting us. Any obligations made before cancellation still apply.

If we believe a member has violated the Terms, we reserve the right to cancel the membership without notice. In this case, you will still be responsible for any charges or orders made up to that point.

2b) Tiered Pricing & Refunds

• Tier 1: $60/month, billed at $180 for 3 months

• Tier 2: $55/month, billed at $330 for 6 months

• Tier 3: $50/month, billed at $600 for 12 months

If a member cancels before completing their selected term:

• We’ll refund the difference between the tier paid and the tier directly below, based on the number of months completed.

• If only 2 of 3 months are completed under Tier 1, a price adjustment will be made based on standard cookie and shipping rates for that period. Any remaining balance will then be refunded.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our baked goods, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the box and damaged cookies

2. Email us at bluebellcookies1@gmail.com with your Tracking & Order Number

We'll either:

• Work with the shipping carrier to issue a full refund (please allow up to 30 days), or

• Refund the cost of any damaged items once photo proof is provided

SECTION 4 – COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Bluebell Cookies regarding the Cookie Club. If we don’t immediately enforce a policy or provision, it doesn’t mean we waive our rights to it later.

SECTION 5 – GOVERNING LAW

All memberships and services are governed by the laws of the United States.

SECTION 6 – UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing your membership after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
